Notice for clients with court hearings scheduled for Jan. 26, 2021:

The Milwaukee County Courthouse is closed Jan. 26, 2021, due to the snow emergency.

If you have a domestic abuse or harassment injunction hearing for which you were scheduled to appear in person, the court or Sojourner advocates will call you as soon as possible to discuss next steps and options.

If you have a child abuse, juvenile harassment or individual at-risk hearing, your hearing will still proceed via Zoom. For questions about your restraining order, please call 414-278-5079 to speak to a Sojourner Advocate.
