VOICES Members Join Board of Directors
Earlier this year, two Sojourner VOICES members, Megan Paulson and Taryn Webb, joined Sojourner’s board to bring their valuable experience, perspective, and expertise to support Sojourner’s work and mission.
Both Taryn and Megan are passionate about continuing to provide the needed and critical resources for survivors of domestic violence, as well as implementing more preventive steps to stop violence before it even starts.
When asked about the importance of survivors holding positions of power and influence in this work, Megan said: “If we want to support survivors and lead the way for change, we need to hear from survivors who have stepped over (and CLIMBED over) roadblocks to survive, flourish, and break cycles of violence.
Thanks so much for your work with Sojourner on behalf of survivors, Taryn and Megan!
