Advocate Aurora Health donation serves our tiniest clients

Our friends at Advocate Aurora Health recently made a very special donation: seven cribs! The cribs are perfect for our needs – they’re compact, mobile and have plenty of storage for diapers, wipes and other supplies.

We will use the cribs for families staying in our emergency shelter and also for drop-in care in Children’s Program. (Interesting fact: We’ve had up to 5 infants staying in our emergency shelter at one time.)

We are so grateful for Advocate Aurora Health’s partnership, collaboration and support through the years. Having a Shelter Advocate and Aurora Community Healthcare Worker on-site is a tremendous benefit for clients and staff alike.
