Sojourner holds its first-ever virtual survivors panel discussion

This week Carmen, three members of VOICES and Sojourner High Risk Advocate-North/South Regions Andria De Toro participated in a panel discussion to raise awareness about domestic violence. In year’s past, we’ve held the discussion in-person at the Family Peace Center.

Last year’s in-person event was standing room only, as many FPC staff, volunteers and supporters attended. Since we couldn’t meet in-person, we moved this year’s event online, holding our first-ever virtual survivors panel discussion on our Facebook channel. This change allowed us to invite a much broader audience to attend.
